Adding series to a panel data

Dear friends, I am working on a panel of data including the years between 2000 and 2018. I want to extend this data to 2020 (including additional years for 2019 and 2020). How can I add additional panel years for each unit?

My Data:

Afghanistan 2000 Value1
Afghanistan 2001 Value2

.
Afghanistan 2018 Value19

What I want to have:

Afghanistan 2000 Value1
Afghanistan 2001 Value2
