Include constant variable in regression in STATA

I want to make a comparison between the actual value of an item, and the perceptions_before (20 observations) & perceptions_after (20 observations, same individual). The actual value is a constant. I want to do a OLS regression, with these 3 variables, however I am unclear how to incorporate the constant value.

Any advice is very much appreciated!
