Can someone explain to me how to do a difference in difference regression with multiple cross-sectional data? My data consists of mental health in different states of the US, so for each state, there are multiple data each year. I want to test a treatment before 2017 and after, so I made 2 dummies (dummy_year and dummy_treatment). Is it correct to run: reg menthlth dummy_year dummy_income dummy_year*dummy_income? Mentlhlth is my independent variable.
