All variables omitted after running regression

Hi

I am having an issue where stata is omitting all of my variables within a regression analysis. I have only seen stata omit variables automatically when there is an issue of perfect collinearity. That can't be the case here. Especially because I ran these regressions with out an issue a few hours ago.

Sometime during the past few hours you accidentally replaced all of your values of CSA_site with ones. Your regression model there is against a column of ones as the invariant outcome.
