Dear statalist,
I have a simple question about using invttail. I wonder where can I find the df value I need? I understand that p is the chosen significance level for the two-tail t-test, if I want 5% significance level, then p should be 0.05/2 = 0.025. Is the degrees of freedom from a regression output, and I just take that value? Such as in the screenshot below, the second 48 in F(48,48) is the df?

Thanks a lot for your kind help!
