colorpalette update: many additional palettes and color maps

Thanks to Kit Baum, updates to palettes and ColrSpace are available from SSC. Type

. ssc install palettes, replace
. ssc install colrspace, replace

to obtain the updates (both packages should be updates to avoid incompatibility issues).

Highlights:

• Many additional palettes and color maps are provided; see http://repec.sowi.unibe.ch/stata/palettes/colors.html for an overview of the supported palettes, color generators, and color maps.
• The new colorcheck command can be used to evaluate whether the colors in a palette will be distinguishable by people who suffer from color vision deficiency and whether the colors will be distinguishable in (non-color) print; see http://repec.sowi.unibe.ch/stata/pal...tml#colorcheck.
• Support for cyclic color maps has been added.
