Choose Referans Catogry

Hello,
I m working on a panel with GMM. I want to choose the reference category by myself. However, I don't know how to do this. Can you please help?

I assume this is a question about using factor variable notation. So for example if you have the variable "animal" coded as 1 for dogs and 2 for cats and 3 for horses, and you include i.animal in your model, Stata will treat 1 - the smallest value, dogs - as the reference category. You can change that by including ib2.animal or ib3.animal in your model which will then treat 2 or 3 as the reference category.
