Hello,
I want to look if there is a difference between two groups.
I run a survey, and half of my participants answer a question hypothetically and the other half of participants will answer the same question, however, I will really implement their decision at the end (incentivized).
The goal is to look if the answer to this question correlates with the answers to my other questions. First, I need to distinguish between the hypothetical and the incentivized group and look if they correlate similarly with my other questions.
If there is no significant difference between the two groups, I can put the observations together.
So I thought about doing it in this way: the incentivized group is like the treatment group and with a dummy I can look for a difference between the treatment and control group (incentivized vs. hypothetical). But I do not manage to do it on Stata
How can I do that in Stata to compare these two groups?
Thank you in advance.
