Survey data

[Rookie Stad]

I’m trying to get the trend of an event (diabetes) in a survey data collected over a 17 years period but because I have several observation within each year, I’m unable to set my time variable. I get the error code “r(451) repeated time values in sample”. These observations are not for the same subjects btw.

p.s: I’m new to STATA and I’d really appreciate any help.
