Dear all,
I want to calculate employment intensity (defined as the percentage change in employment to the percentage change in output). I want to make sure I am calculating these intensities correctly in my data because I am getting some strange values.
The way I am proceeding to calculate elasticities is by taking the log of employment and and the log of outputINDSTAT4 and taking the ratios of the log differences (from definition)
