unable to instant ssc commands

Hi all,
For some reason I am unable to install ssc commands. I have unsuccessfully tried to run adopath.

The message I get from Stata is

. ssc install armaroots
connection timed out -- see help r(2) for troubleshooting
http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/a/ either
1) is not a valid URL, or
2) could not be contacted, or
3) is not a Stata download site (has no stata.toc file).

P.s: I use Stata through VPN.

was important when I had these problems. These settings may need attention

Turn on or off the use of a proxy server

set httpproxy {on|off} [, init]


Set proxy host name

set httpproxyhost ["]name["]


Set the proxy port number

set httpproxyport #
