  • McCrary's DCdensity test in Stata

    Dear all,
I am new to Statalist and hope that you can solve my problem.
I'm using the DCdensity command, my running variable is house's size. Though the confidence intervals are overlapping, the right side of the outcome is a little strange, can I say that the running variable is not be manipulated?
Thanks in advance for your help.

The plot looks good. Do you believe that individuals pick homes of a certain size in order to end up above the threshold? If not, I'd say you can rule out self-selection.
