  • simulation verification

    Dear all,

    i am working on the relationship between Stock options and firm risk taking (R&D) and i get a revision on my research paper. The reviewer recommends this " Authors should clearly emphasize the contribution of this work in relation to the existing solutions in the literature, including supported simulation verification."

    i am wondering how i can include simulation verification !!

    i would appreciate it if someone has a idea about this.

    kind regards

    Sedki:
    as far as I can get it, reviewer's comment may mean that:
    1) you shoud support your results with a Monte Carlo simulation (as a sort of sensitivity analysis);
    2) in the Discussion section of the paper you should compare your results with the existing literature including supported simulation verification.
    Kind regards,
    Carlo
