I’m planning to look at the continous glucose monitoring values (1 reading every 5 mins) for 10 rats who will have a pancreas removal. The reading will start 15 days before the procedure and continue for 15 days after the procedure.
I want to look at the overall changes pre- and post- procedure and also look at the changes pre- and post procedure hourly. From what I could figure out the best method to use here would be linear mixed modelling? Is that correct? Would I need to do something else?
