Iv strategy for binary instrumental variable, binary endogenous variable and binary dependent variable

I am doing a regression which has a binary dependent variable, a binary endogenous variable and a binary instrument variable. What strategy should I use in this case? I have noticed that there is some argument that using linear IV may result into inconsistency. Any help and posts would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
