psmatch and didregress

I am a new stata user trying to learn it for thesis submission.
I am working on a research question that want to look at how company change after a certain implementation, if they have done it ESG=1, and if not esg=0. To be able to do a diff in diff regression, my supervisor told me I needed to do a matching, using psmatching, but I do something wrong as I get no observations.
What I esssentially want is the controll group that does not implement ESG and compare this to the companies that do, with two years before implementation and two years after implementation.
What am I doing wrong, or is my data insufficient to do this type of modelling?
