Can I modify the impulse magnitude in the impulse response fucntions. Can I select/set the value I want the impulse of my variable to be?

If an expert can clarify this for me please, in the IRF's I want my impulses to be greater than 1 standard deviation. Can this be done in stata?

It's linear. So just make the computations.

You mean I should just multiply the effect of the response by X if I would like the size of the impulse to be of X times the standard deviation?
It would be better for visual purposes if I could modify the impulse and show it in the IRF.

You can change the size of the CI using level(#), but don't think you can change the size of the impulse without delving into the ado file (which is dangerous, but sometimes necessary).
