install Stata command manually

I am trying to install powerreg command in Stata.

When I had used
ssc install powerreg
I received a message
ssc install: "powerreg" not found at SSC,

However, I found the command in this website
https://stats.oarc.ucla.edu/stata/ado/analysis/

and downloaded it, but I could not install it in Stata.

Could you please guide me to install this command manually.

worked for me after typing from within Stata:

search powerreg

spotting the community-contributed module and clicking on the link to install.

In addition, official Stata has gone much further on power analyses since that command was written.
