Hello,
I am working on a research project where we are examining the effects of a treatment on dichotomous outcome variables. We are planning to use instrumental variable analysis where the instrument is also dichotomous. In summary, our dependent variable, exogenous variable, and endogenous variable are all dichotomous. Is it reasonable to use the ivprobit command for this situation?
If not, is there an alternative to this method?
Thank you,
Amit
