Geonear but with UTM?

Hello. I understand that the geonear command uses geographic coordinates. I need a command that performs the exact same function, but with files that have UTM coordinates. Does anyone know if it exists? I have searched and can't find. Thanks

You're gonna need python to convert from UTM to decimal coordinates.
