Please I need a confirmation from you to be able to analyse the effect of large-scale land acquisition (LSLA) on investment decisions in land and yield improving technologies. The LSLA variable is dummy and measured as 1 if farmer is exposed to LSLA, and 0 if otherwise. The investment decision variables are four and each is captured 1 if farmer invests in such technique and 0 if otherwise. Also, this decision variables are potentially interrelated. Please, can I apply the control function approach where generalized residuals from first stage probit is included in a second stage multivariate probit?
