Create Plot Graph

Dear Stata users,

I want to analyze how institutional trust has evolved in the members of the European Union during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Therefore I use the Eurofound data and have three observations for every country on institutional trust.
To illustrate the data, I want to replicate the graph of the European commission (see attached).

I tried the code

twoway (line country trust)

but it gives me a line plot and is very unclear.
Do you know a command to graph the data in a more convenient way, e.g. like the example below?
