.I need help with the commands for the analysis of GPAQ in stata. Kindly help me with the generation of commands for scoring of WHO GPAQ.

Maybe you can address your query to them directly.

Further to Carlo's advice, a quick Google shows that the WHO publishes an analysis guide for the GPAQ that seems to show a comprehensive amount of information about cleaning, reporting and analyzing this survey. You can start there and write Stata code to correspond.
