  • Maximum Likelihood with Model "lf"

Does anyone know if I can use the "ml model lf program_name" command to estimate this likelihood function, provided that I can identify each individual's log likelihood contribution? Note that G() is the lognormal CDF that is a function of two parameters mu and sigma and g() is the lognormal PDF. The parameters of interest are mu, sigma, eta, lambda, alpha, and theta^*. the variables are m (minimum wage), ti (duration of unemployment), and wi (wages that are above minimum wage). Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am considering using the d0 estimator, but I want to find out if I need to do that first, as the lf estimator seems easier to program. Thanks in advance.
