usespss error file C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\ST_00000001.tmp not found

I'm using STATA 13 and I need to convert my spss files into .dta
I have installed the beta version for 64-bit by this command
net from http://radyakin.org/transfer/usespss/beta but after running the command I have this:

usespss is converting file C:\Users\Desktop\prova_R\data.sav

USESPSS
file C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\ST_00000001.tmp not found

Someone could help me?
