  • Marginal effects with interaction terms

I am running a two-stage hurdle model by using probit and least squares regressions. I want to report marginal effects for the probit stage for better interpretation. I have some interaction terms and can't understand how to present marginal effects for these terms. I have read Richard William's slides and related material which suggests that margins can be calculated only for the components of interaction effects. However, I have seen papers that show results from interaction terms too. Is it possible to replicate a table like the one attached? (Frankly, I am not sure if the table reports coefficients or marginal effects, as the notes/heading don't mention this clearly.)
