logitgof command

Hello every one,
I have an issue with installing the ologitgof command.
when I try downloading it I get the following message

. ssc install ologitgof
ssc install: "ologitgof" not found at SSC, type search ologitgof
(To find all packages at SSC that start with o, type ssc describe o)

I searched in the ssc package it doesn't exist at all.

then
I typed "net install st0491" in command field but i get the following notification

. net install st0491
file http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/o/st0491.pkg not found
could not load st0491.pkg from http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/o/
r(601);

Kindly someone help I need this command most.
my stata is Stata15.1

Run -findit ologitgof-. In the Viewer that pops up, you will see a link st0491 from http://www.stata-journal.com/software/sj17-3. Click on that link, and on the page that opens up, about half way down, you will see a link (click here to install). Click on that and it should install itself.
