Can i use xtdpdml if my n=2 t=12

Hi i want to do dynamic panel modeling for my data for my thesis. I initially wanted to use xtabond2 but since my N<T i think I cannot do so. Can I use xtdpdml instead? If not, is there any other dynamic panel data model I can use?
