Spearman correlation table error

Dear Madam/Sir,

I tried to make the nice correlation table using spearman correlation. Due to the help of this forum, I ran the following STATA code, it seems that correlations are generated, but it is not nicely stored in a word file. Any help will be highly appreciated.
