Problem in running STATA

I am trying to run a panel data analysis with 3 year interval using trade data. I have incorporated Exporter Fixed Effects, Importer Fixed Effects and Pair wise Fixed Effects. however when I am trying to run the ppml estimator on these variables, I am unable to get results for some these variables. So I want to drop some of these variables from the continuous series of Fixed Effects to calculate the trade cost using variables whose result are available with me.

Experts on trade would know better than me. I'm not sure coefficients of which variables are of your interest, but you don't need to control for individual FEs of exporters or importers after including pairwise FEs.
