metacumbounds using STATA and R

I am applying metacumbounds command for Trial sequential analysis using STATA. The command required "rdir(string) lists the path of the directory where the binary files for R can be found" but I don't understand what does this mean. How can I find the path of directory for binary files for R. I already have R but does not understand this statement.

Thank you but I do not know for my case where can I find my path directory for the binary file that they mentioned. I used Mac and it does not sound to be the same path.
