BoardEX: data at specific date

Hello everyone,

I need your help. I am working on the master's degree thesis and I need to retrieve some data from the BoardEX database. I have a database collecting the following information for each director for all Italian listed companies. Companies are recorded with the ISIN and for each of them, using the Company ISIN, I need to retrieve the Number of board members, number of female directors on the board, number of independent directors on the board, and the CEO name. The fundamental aspect is that for each company I need this information at a specific date. (i.e. How many directors were on the board on 13/05/2020? Who was the CEO at a specific date?...)

It's hard to elaborate a helpful example on the data you posted (please see -dataex- to share an example/excerpt of your dataset. Thanks).
In addition, the way your variabe are named will not work in Stata (for instance, Company Name should become Company_Name).
That said, assuming that you want to -list- the data you're interested in, you may want to try:

bysort Company_Name Start_Date: list <whatyouwant>

For each company, I have different dates (not reported above) which represent the Annual General Meeting date. I need a code through which I can count how many directors are on the board at that specific date based on when each director started working (Start date) and when they finished (End date).
