Missigness mechanism (MCAR, MAR or MNAR)

Dear all,

I will please like to find out how to know if missing values are MCAR, MAR or MNAR. I have tried using a chi-square test and missingness of most variables was not related to any of the non missing variable in my model. Does this mean that my data is MCAR? If there are other methods of finding out missigness mechanism pls kindly share with me. Thanks.
