  • New books on microeconometrics?

Hello everyone. Because the wonderful book by Cameron & Trivedy (Microeconometrics Using Stata) is (I think) a little outdated (2010) in terms of the last improvements of Stata, I would like to know what books are out there with the same idea.
I know there is a bunch of new fresh books on causal analysis with Stata. But I'm talking about the ones which cover a wider variety of microeconometrics tools.
Many thanks for considering my request.

if I'm not mistaken a re-revised version of Microeconometrics Using Stata is forthcoming (within the current year, I think) along with other new/revised textbooks published by Stata press .
    Kind regards,
    Carlo

The second edition of Cameron and Trivedi’s Microeconometrics is expected this year according to the Stata Press website. It doesn’t look like there’s an exact date, but it’s going to be two volumes (~1,500 pages). You can see a detailed table of contents here (http://cameron.econ.ucdavis.edu/musb...ember_2020.pdf).

In the meantime, Scott Cunningham’s Causal Inference: The Mixtape is available online and includes Stata code. Link below.

Recently, I have been reading a lot of books on microeconometrics, but at the same time I read social literature, including the one that deals with the issue of racism. I absolutely agree with you. I understand that the issue of racism is a very subtle and at the same time very debatable issue that has been discussed very carefully lately, especially after the events of the Black Lives Matter movement. On the site https://graduateway.com/essay-examples/black-lives-matter/ Recently I have been reading a lot of interesting articles that relate to this movement, the development of black identity and its impact on modernity.
Thank you so much for this recommendations, it's very helpful for me!
