The problem is that I am interested in incident stroke over 5 years but my adjustment time varying variable is only available over 3 years...

      Hi Pierre,

I would like to know how you got on setting up your data as I am at a very similar stage with time-varying covariates (blood pressure reading and drug use) measured every 6 months. I too would like to know how you set up your data in preparation for analysis.

      Best,

        Hi everyone,
I am analyzing a survival data set, fitting Cox. I have one covariate that is time-varying ( CV event=yes versus CV event-no-I have the date of CV event); the outcome is patients' mortality after transplant. I looked at several posts that mentioned I should expand my data set, but the instructions were very confusing and did not work. Could you please provide some resources or help me with how I should do this? Many thanks
