Epimodels package for Stata has been updated at SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum the epimodels package for Stata has been updated at SSC.

Epimodels (written by Sergiy Radyakin and Paolo Verme) has been extended with

• estimation of model parameters by fitting the model results to observed data;
• additional report to PDF;
• other smaller changes.

To install, type in Stata: ssc install epimodels
If you had it installed already, to update type in Stata: ado update epimodels

Hi Sergiy, thanks for your amazing work and sharing. I just downloaded the epimodels package in STATA, but I do not know how to find out the User Interface of the "epimodels fit-SEIR model". Would you please share with me the package if it is not incorporated in the updated epimodels. Thanks.
