In addition to this literature, which deals with statistics, I would like to recommend you a book that influenced me very much when I was a teenager. It's a book by Harrison Bergeron, which you can find out more about at https://artscolumbia.org/free-essays/harrison-bergeron/ In Harrison Bergeron, Kurt Vonnegut depicts a society in which everyone is mentally, physically, and socially equal. Throughout our country's history, Americans have strived for racial, gender, and socioeconomic equality. On paper, such a society seems ideal.
