Impact analysis Reforms in Power sector on Household energy affordability

Dear all,

I am facing a problem in setting up a methodological framework to analyze 'impact of power sector reforms on household energy affordability'.

I have a household survey data (panel) of three survey 2010, 2014, 2010.

I want to analyze how various reforms in these 10 years affected poor households in terms of energy affordability.

Could you please guide me to setup a econometric methodological framework for this study?

It sounds like you have panel data so you should look at the panel data documentation that comes with Stata. You can set a panel for households, and you can set the time step to be every four years instead of every year.
