Hi,
Could someone please help me understand the group formation in the ESTRAT command.
By default this command uses 3 groups and outputs the LOO and RSS for each of the Groups - Group 1, 2 and 3. But how do we know what is the order of these groups, as in are they in the increasing order of predicted values of decreasing order of predicted values or is there simply no order? This is required to be able to interpret the results easily. Any help will be much appreciated. For example - in the attached output of the estrat command (I simply used the basic command --- estrat depvar treatment predictors), how do I interpret the LOO results based on the Groups? Is the treatment leading to max benefit for the ones which would have anyway have higher output or the ones which would have lower output? Please note you can run this same command on any data and you will get the output in 3 groups (by default). I just want to know what is the order of the groups formed in general.
