Convergence not achieved in technical efficiency model

When I am running my frontier model (panel data) I got the message called "convergence not achieved ". Can anyone help me about this matter? Please

The usual fix is to start it all over again adding one predictor at time and see when convergence starts to fail.

I added predictor (predict te1 if Group1, te).

But i got an error message as follows;

invalid 'te'

I suspect you misunderstood my previous reply.
I meant to add one predictor at time, not to use -predict- (which is a postestimation command),
