I have a very tough question. And the data set is tons of observations and tons of time periods. So that would be limit if I just use -dataex- command.
I don't know that anyone else will want to get something that big and complicated. But, you could put it on a cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link to it.

Another alternative is the website CODEOCEAN that allows you to upload your data as well as run Stata do files "in the Cloud".
This is great for educational and replication purposes.
You have to register and publish your project for others to have access to it.
Of course, once you are settled, you can use and share the link to it.

Not disagreeing with anybody else but in general answering the question rarely depends on having access to the entire dataset. That's why we ask for examples of data.
