merging variables by year

Basic question here:

I have 135 variables that are broken up by year, country and organization. 2 countries, 2002- 2013 and multiple groups. I want to merge them so I have one value per year.

Per the StataList FAQ, please show examples of the data set you have and the data set you want using the -dataex- command. In the FAQ, you will learn about about how screenshots are not very useful for this purpose.
