  • Data set of gravity model in stata

    Hello guys,
    I am using gravity model to estimate trade effects along China Mongolia Russia economic corridor of Belt and Road Initiative. However i am having some problems getting my regression results in Stata. i think it is because of my dataset i compiled. I have compiled data from 2016- 2018(because it was initiated in 2016) to check the effect of Belt and Road. When i run the regression i get the message "insufficient number of observations". Also my variables are being omitted because of collinearity. I have attached my data set in xlsx.
    these are my the explanations of my variables:
    GDPpc(mon)= GDP per capita Mongolia
    GDPpc(cr)= GDP per capita China and Russia
    GDP(mon/cr)= GDP per capita Mongolia/GDP per capita China and Russia
    POP= population
    dist=distance
    ER(MNT/cr)= exchange rate MNT/CNY and RUB
    trade
    Port Infrastructures
    Air transport Infrastructures
    Railroad infrastructures
    POPLN= log10 of population
    distLn= log10 of distance
    tradeLN= log10 of trade (dependent variable)
    ERLn= log10 of exchange rate ratio
    PortLn=log10 of port infrastructure
    AirLn= log10 of air infrastructure
    RailLn= log10 of rail infrastructure
    border=dummy variable of border
    language=dummy variable of language
    SP= dummy variable of strategic partnership

    Can someone please give me advice on my dataset? I would really appreciate the help.
    Thank you in advance
