Dividing one column into different columns

I have a column which looks like this:

Both Genders

Males

I want to reshape my file so that the males and females occupy a separate column. How can I do that?

In neglecting to do so, you ask those who want to help you to take on the extra effort of making guesses about your data. If that is literal, my only guess is that you have a string variable with 13 observations and can achieve what you want by copy and paste in a text editor or spreadsheet, Ofherwise put, sorry, I have no idea what you want to do here.
