I want to understand in my dataset if there is a difference between post and pre treatment patients (n=8)
I performed a Wilcoxon signed-rank test and I want to create a representative graph.
I would like to have a graph that can be a combination of a graph box, dotplot (single patients) and spikeplot (spikes with different color for each patient connecting the 2 values).
I started now to use STATA so I will ask you if you can help me to perform this.
I added a picture of what I'd like to do (It is not perfect the image but it is to have a sense of what i'm asking).
