Installing Stata Scheme on Offline Computer

Hi,
I'm trying to install the 538 scheme ("g538schemes") onto an offline computer that I'm not able to connect to the internet for security reasons.

I've tried:
1) Downloading all of the files from the SSC archives and placing them in the appropriate personal folders.
2) Using net install pkgname, from(directory)

This second approach returns the error code:

file C:\ado\s\scheme-538.scheme not found
could not copy C:\ado\s\scheme\scheme-538.scheme
(no action taken)
r(601);

The answer appeared to created a folder called scheme following the syntax suggested in the error. No longer an issue.
