Moving average code to moving additive?

By using a time-series dataset, I want to create a moving additive index. For example, I need a 5-year additive index for each year (between 1990-2015) where the value for each year is the additive value of five years prior.

Can the moving average code change to being a moving additive code? Is this possible in Stata?

The moving sum is just the window length multiplied by the moving average if equal weights were used.

Alternatively, rangestat (SSC) is one of several ways to get moving sums directly.
