I have a panel dataset for 477 firms in one Country for 2007 to 2017. The following is the subset of my data-
I need to estimate two way fixed effects, that is firm and year fixed effects to control for unobservables. I assumed that taking year dummies will take care of firm fixed effects as well. So, I incorporated the year dummies only.
Also, I want to do two-way clustering errors at the sector and year level. I tried it using xtivreg2 function, for which the code I have used is as follows-

Am I estimating the fixed effects and cluster errors the right way? I am confused.
I am wondering how can I detect these singelton groups and how to remove those. Also, I am not able to understand the Warning that estimated covariance matrix of moment conditions not of full rank.

Am I estimating the fixed effects and cluster errors the right way? I am confused.
I am wondering how can I detect these singelton groups and how to remove those. Also, I am not able to understand the Warning that estimated covariance matrix of moment conditions not of full rank.
