General Physical Activity Questionnaire

Hello. I'm trying to find if someone has code out there for analyzing the General Physical Activity Questionnaire from the WHO. It is a validated study tool for assessing physical activity, and the WHO states that code is available for running an analysis in Stata upon request. Unfortunately, it's upon request, and not automatically listed for reasons that are unclear to me. It seems that other researchers have had a hard time finding the correct contact at the WHO for the code. I am having the same difficult to find the code for analyzing the General Physical Activity Questionnaire from the WHO. Please, could you give me some light about how to find the STATA codes that WHO mention is available? Thank you very much in advance.
