I thought the paper would have the solution on how to interpret the results for the detailed decomposition of Oaxaca model, but am still confused. I have asked the question that I had originally posted here https://www.statalist.org/forums/for...interpretation.

If anyone can help me understand how to interpret the detailed decomposition part of the result - I would be grateful.
